Appointments are reserved specifically for the Client.
Cancellation and rescheduling fees may be stated in the applicable booking or pricing schedule.
Unless otherwise specified, Pullman Marketing may charge a reasonable cancellation, trip, or rescheduling fee when:

- Pets have not been secured;
- The Client provides an incorrect address or access information; or

- Brokerage rules;
- REALTOR® association requirements;
- Advertising regulations;

The Client may continue displaying the media afterward for historical and portfolio purposes, including:
- “Sold” property posts;
- Past-listing pages;
- Agent portfolio materials;
- Awards or performance presentations; and
- Social media archives.
Such continued use does not permit the media to be used to market a new listing of the same property without a new license.
17. Prohibited Transfer and Third-Party Use

Nothing in this Addendum limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
28. Client Indemnification
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pullman Marketing and its owners, employees, contractors, photographers, videographers, and agents from third-party claims arising from:
- The Client’s lack of authority to authorize property access;
