The Challenge

Clearwater Hydraulics LLC is a hydraulic repair, supply, and manufacturing company in Lewiston Idaho. They have been working on their Website for years to get things right for E-Commerce. Over time the competitive marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay have flooded the market and increased fees. By increasing traffic and sales on their own website, they receive a higher return on investment in their online marketing efforts.

The Solution

We stepped in and worked through the branding to create consistency in all platforms. This helped to bring clarity to the internal office team and digital assets. This informed many of the decisions in softening the tone and modernization process that we applied to the website. From there we were able to increase website traffic organically by 15% following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices while streamlining the purchasing experience for customers. We provided user experience recordings and qualitative analysis to drastically improve the checkout workflow for customers.
