What is Value?

Value is one of the strangest concepts that we get to have as a society. We have many social constructs built upon the idea of “Value” and what is valuable. Our currency, homes, stocks, etc. are all built on this idea of “value.” There is also an idea that Value is equivalent to your Return on Investment. When we get into terms of marketing, it can be a correlation or indicator of customer satisfaction. “Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.” ― Warren Buffett To de-mystify “Value” and apply it to Digital Marketing, our goal is to create a framework for our clients that allows “High Value” results for clients and your business. Take a moment and study this image: The value equation is simple but powerful. Value can generate a Return on Investment but only when its been fully completed. To define Value, we have to define

Evaluating Pricing

Three things to consider when pricing your product or service Occasionally we receive questions on how to price products and services and if the pricing seems “good.” This became the subject of a conversation I had with multiple business owners recently as well in light of minimum wage increasing in Washington State. 1. Will customers leave if you raise your prices? Sometimes. This can be a bit of an unknown factor and it really helps to understand your niche. Using Instagram To Create A Custom Facebook Audience

Making the most of your Facebook and Instagram Advertising through Custom Audiences While audiences might be split between Instagram and Facebook, there is a way to use both for your business with Facebook’s new Custom Instagram Audience integration with Lookalike feature. The idea is to create a custom audience based on people who visit or interact with your Instagram Business Profile. Then you can create a Lookalike audience based on the individuals that regularly interact with you in Instagram to build your audience via advertising in both platforms. To create the source audience of people who have engaged with your Instagram profile, go to your Audiences dashboard and create a new custom audience. Instead of selecting website traffic as the source, choose Instagram Business Profile. Once the audience creation window opens, select your Instagram profile from the drop-down list and change the inclusion criteria from Everyone Who Engaged With Your

Corporate Blue Shirt - Why We Like The Promise of Corporate Blue

Why We Love Corporate Blue:

If you want technical information, head on over to: https://www.lifewire.com/what-color-is-corporate-blue-1077385 for more information about Corporate Blue. If you have ever attended one of my speaking events, you are almost guaranteed to hear me make a Corporate Blue joke. Admittedly, I do own 5+ corporate blue shirts. It’s not that I really like that color, but it has special inherent meaning and purpose. There are also reasons we chose to make our brand colors Yellow and Charcoal with a blue teal as an accent. Corporate Blue to me usually refers to heavy corporations like Microsoft. Microsoft isn’t typically perceived as the “Creative” giant that Apple is, but the Corporate Blue of Microsoft brings that sense of security, trust, and permanence. And we love it! We love that feeling of security and permanence. Especially working in a “transient community” like Pullman Washington. Our population rotates on a regular basis with the cycles
