Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and the services we use may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tags. These tools help us understand how the site is used and measure our own marketing.

Services that process information for us

We use trusted third-party services to run the site and our business. They receive only what they need to do their job. These include:

  • Website hosting: WP Engine (WordPress hosting).

  • Email and CRM: ActiveCampaign.
  • Automation: Zapier, which passes form submissions to our email and CRM tools.
  • Scheduling: TidyCal.
  • Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA, which analyze visitor and device signals to tell people from bots.
  • Video: YouTube and Vimeo players embedded on our pages.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads) and other advertising platforms described above.
  • Reviews: Clutch badges displayed in our footer.

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business sale or transfer.

  • You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, for an ongoing business relationship, or to meet legal and accounting requirements. Then we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
